The book was released by Greenwillow in September 2007.
A special soft-cover edition was created for the Maine Reads
Read With ME program, and was distributed to 17,000 Maine kindergarten children.

Capering Shapes is a dance performance choreographed by the amazing Vicky Lloyd and her fabulous dancers at the Centre of Movement in Gorham, Maine. A video of the dance was created by Via-Vision Film & Video Productions, and can be seen on You Tube.

These illustrations never cease to dazzle. Those colors and kids pop off the page even on my washed out computer screen. This book with its sneaky call for creativity is sucha gift to early educators. You really shape up well.
